**About the team**:
Merchant Operations - Offline Onboarding.

**About the role**:
Quality check of merchant KYC & other documents.

**Expectations/ Requirements**:
**1.** Complete daily QC targets without fail.

**2.** Identify product enhancement needs & share with TL/managers.

**3.** Adherence to SOP’s.

**4. **Responsible for closing pending cases within TAT.

**5. **Performing QC of cases with complete accuracy.

**Superpowers/ Skills that will help you succeed in this role**:
**1. **Strong analytical skills.

**2. **Understanding of customer service.

**3. **Basic knowledge of Fintech/banking/NBFC’s added an advantage.

**4. **Good knowledge of MS Excel.
