
Inside Sales Representative

**Job Summary**:
**Key Responsibilities**:
- Qualify leads and prospects to determine their needs, budget, and timeline.
- Conduct product demonstrations and presentations to potential customers.
- Develop and maintain relationships with clients to ensure customer satisfaction and retention.
- Negotiate terms and pricing agreements with clients to close sales.
- Collaborate with the sales team to identify strategies for increasing sales opportunities and achieving revenue targets.
- Utilize CRM software to track and manage leads, opportunities, and customer interactions.
- Stay informed about industry trends, competitive products, and market developments.
- Meet or exceed monthly, quarterly, and annual sales quotas.
- Provide feedback to management on market trends, customer needs, and product improvements.
**Qualifications**:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field preferred.
- Proven track record of success in inside sales or a similar role.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills, both verbal and written.
- Ability to build rapport and establish relationships with clients.
- Excellent negotiation and closing skills.
- Self-motivated with a results-oriented mindset.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Previous experience in the technology/software industry is a plus.
- Willingness to adapt to new sales techniques and strategies.
- Availability to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends if necessary.
**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: ₹11,968.83 - ₹50,000.00 per month
