Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for a Senior Inside Sales Representative located in Zirakpur,Mohali. The Senior Inside Sales Representative will be responsible for tasks including inside sales, customer satisfaction, lead generation, customer service, and account management.
Qualifications
- Inside Sales and Lead Generation skills
- Account Management skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong organizational and time management abilities
- Experience in the MSP industry is a plus
- Source new sales opportunities through outbound cold calls and emails
- Prospect call preparation including company background research and other pertinent lead information
- Capable of communicating regularly with clients to report specified duties and other activities.
- Enter, update, and maintain CRM information on leads, prospects, and opportunities
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field
