Role Description This is a full-time on-site role for a Senior Inside Sales Representative located in Zirakpur,Mohali. The Senior Inside Sales Representative will be responsible for tasks including inside sales, customer satisfaction, lead generation, customer service, and account management. Qualifications Inside Sales and Lead Generation skills Account Management skills Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Strong organizational and time management abilities Experience in the MSP industry is a plus Source new sales opportunities through outbound cold calls and emails Prospect call preparation including company background research and other pertinent lead information Capable of communicating regularly with clients to report specified duties and other activities. Enter, update, and maintain CRM information on leads, prospects, and opportunities Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field
