**Job Overview**:
The Inside Sales Executive is responsible for generating new business opportunities and maintaining relationships with existing clients by leveraging inbound and outbound sales strategies. This role involves handling leads, qualifying prospects, nurturing relationships, and converting opportunities into sales. The Inside Sales Executive will work closely with the sales team to meet revenue goals, provide excellent customer service, and contribute to the growth of the company.
**Company Overview**:G-leuhr is a distinguished skincare brand and a leading skincare chain with a strong presence across India, operating clinics in multiple locations nationwide. We offer a comprehensive range of premium skincare products and serve as a global distributor for over 35 skincare products.
**Key Responsibilities**:
- **Lead Generation & Prospecting**:
- **Sales Outreach & Engagement**:
- **Lead Qualification**:
Qualify incoming leads and determine their potential to convert into customers based on predefined criteria. Assess customer needs and recommend appropriate solutions.
- **Product/Service Knowledge**:
Develop a strong understanding of the company’s products or services and use this knowledge to effectively communicate features, benefits, and pricing to prospective clients.
**Education**:
Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration,(preferred) OR MBA in Marketing, Sales, or related field.
- **Experience**:
1-3 years of experience in inside sales, telesales, or a related role. Experience in [Skin care] is a plus.
- **Communication Skills**:
Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to engage and persuade customers effectively.
Pay: ₹18,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
Compensation Package:
- Performance bonus
Schedule:
- Day shift
- Morning shift
**Experience**:
- Inside sales: 1 year (preferred)
