**Key Responsibilities**
- **Marketing Strategy Development**: Lead the creation and execution of a strategic marketing plan to enhance Iotasol's brand presence, generate leads, and support sales objectives.
- **Team Leadership**: Manage and mentor the marketing team, fostering a collaborative and innovative environment to achieve high-impact results.
- **Persona Development**: Research and develop detailed customer personas for various industries and clients Iotasol can work with. Use these personas to craft targeted messaging and marketing strategies.
- **Content Creation**: Oversee the creation of high-quality marketing collateral, including brochures, case studies, white papers, and presentations to support the sales team.
- **SEO and SEM**: Implement and manage SEO and SEM strategies to increase online visibility and drive traffic to the website.
- **Analytics and Reporting**: Monitor, analyse, and report on the effectiveness of marketing campaigns using various analytics tools. Use data to refine strategies and improve performance.
- **Global Collaboration**: Work closely with global offices to ensure consistent messaging and brand representation across all markets.
- **Budget Management**: Develop and manage the marketing budget, ensuring efficient allocation of resources to maximize ROI.
- **Industry Trends**: Stay updated with the latest industry trends, tools, and best practices in digital marketing and software development to keep Iotasol ahead of the competition.

**Qualifications**
- Bachelor’s degree in marketing, Business, or a related field. A master’s degree is a plus.
- Proven experience (5+ years) in digital marketing, with a focus on strategy development and team leadership.
- Strong understanding of B2B marketing, especially in the software development or IT services industry.
- Experience with persona development and targeted messaging.
- Proficiency in digital marketing tools and platforms, including SEO, SEM, Google Analytics, and CRM systems.
- Excellent communication, leadership, and project management skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- Creative thinker with a data-driven approach to decision-making.
