Role Overview:

We're hiring an Onsite Creative Strategist who can turn insights into ideas that convert. You'll work closely with the creative and performance teams to develop, test, and refine ad concepts that deliver ROI-driven results.

Responsibilities:

  • Ideate and develop ad scripts, hooks, and campaign angles
  • Work directly with designers, editors, and media buyers to create and optimize ads
  • Analyze campaign performance data and identify creative learnings
  • Research market trends, audience behavior, and competitor strategies
  • Participate in brainstorming sessions, shoots, and creative reviews

Requirements:

  • 1–3 years of experience in creative or performance marketing roles
  • Deep understanding of paid ad platforms (Meta, YouTube, etc.)
  • Strong ideation and storytelling ability with data-driven thinking
  • Excellent collaboration and communication skills
  • Obsessed with testing, learning, and iterating

Job Types: Full-time, Part-time

Pay: ₹30, ₹35,000.00 per month
