**Job Title**: HVAC Sales Cum Project Coordinator

**Qualifications**:

- **Education**:

- **B.Tech in Mechanical Engineering** (or related field)
- **MBA in Marketing** (preferred)

**Position Summary**:
**Key Responsibilities**:

- **Sales Support**:

- Assist the sales team in generating leads, follow-ups, and preparing proposals for HVAC products and services.
- Prepare and manage customer quotations, sales orders, and contracts.
- Serve as a liaison between clients and internal teams to ensure the proper understanding of project requirements.
- Track sales leads and provide updates to sales management.
- Maintain and update CRM systems with accurate client information and project progress.
- **Project Coordination**:

- Work closely with the project management team to ensure the timely delivery of HVAC projects.
- Coordinate project schedules, resources, and materials.
- Act as the main point of contact for clients during project execution, providing updates and resolving any issues.
- Oversee project documentation, ensuring all records are accurate and up to date.
- Ensure that all project milestones are met and that the project scope, quality, and deadlines are adhered to.
- Manage the handover of completed projects to the service team, ensuring proper follow-up and client satisfaction.

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
