**Job Title**: Back Office Executive - Sales

**Job Overview**:The Back Office Executive in Sales is responsible for providing administrative support to the sales team by managing sales data, processing orders, preparing reports, and coordinating with other departments to ensure seamless operations. The role involves handling customer inquiries, maintaining accurate records, and ensuring that all sales-related activities are completed efficiently. This position is essential to help the sales team focus on closing deals while ensuring smooth backend operations.

**Key Responsibilities (KRAs)**:

- **Order Management**: Process and track sales orders, ensuring timely delivery.
- **Customer Support**: Handle customer inquiries and resolve issues related to orders.
- **CRM Maintenance**: Update and manage customer data in CRM systems.
- **Sales Reporting**: Prepare regular sales reports and track performance metrics.
- **Documentation**: Generate and maintain sales-related documents (quotes, invoices, etc.).
- **Internal Coordination**: Work with other departments (logistics, finance) for smooth order processing.
- **Inventory Support**: Monitor product stock levels and prevent backorders.
- **Sales Team Assistance**: Provide administrative support to the sales team with presentations and materials.
- **Client Follow-ups**: Assist with post-sale follow-up and customer satisfaction.
- **Process Improvement**: Suggest ways to streamline sales processes and improve efficiency.

**Skills & Qualifications**:

- **Educational Background**: Bachelor of Engineering (B.E.) in Mechanical Engineering.
- **Sales Support Experience**: Prior experience in sales backend support, administration, or customer service is preferred.
- **CRM Proficiency**: Experience with CRM software and sales tools (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot).
- **Attention to Detail**: Ability to process orders, documentation, and information with high accuracy.
- **Communication Skills**: Strong written and verbal communication skills for coordinating with customers and internal teams.
- **Problem-Solving**: Ability to identify issues and find solutions quickly, ensuring customer satisfaction.

**Certifications (Optional)**:

- HVAC-related certifications or training.
- Project management certifications or similar courses for process optimization.

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
