Biitcode is currently hiring for **Project Coordinator** for our Client which is into manufacturing of Instrumentation Fittings and Valves. Plz find position details below.

**Position: Project Coordinator** **(Age: upto 28 years)**

**Location: Pune (Chakan Nighoje)**

**Requisites**:

- Diploma OR BE (Mechanical) + minimum 2 years of experience in Project Co-ordination or Project expediting.
- Sound knowledge about valve manufacturing processes.
- Communication Skills, Presentable, Open to learn, Teamwork, Flexibility
- Immediate Joiners are preferred.

**Responsibilities**:

- Contract Review.
- Follow-up with internal dept. Sales, Planning, Design, Quality, Production, store and logistics.
- Follow-up with customer for the weekly/monthly status of orders.
- Documentation submission and follow up with customer as well as internal dept.
- Tracking the deliverable against orders and expediting the same from customer as well as internal dept.
- Monitoring the status of orders and preparation of monthly MIS.
- Updating and circulating the weekly status to higher management for status of orders.
- Strong problem-solving and critical-thinking skills to identify and resolve issues that may arise during execution.
