
Sales Executive

We are seeking a motivated and dynamic Sales Executive to join a reputable Syrups Brand in Bangalore. In this role, you will be responsible for managing and growing the customer base within the Hotel-Restaurant-Catering (HORECA) and Quick Service Restaurant (QSR) segments. This is an excellent opportunity for individuals with 0-2 years of sales experience in the related industry to showcase their skills and contribute to the success of the brand.
**Responsibilities**:
- Develop and implement effective sales strategies to achieve sales targets within the HORECA-QSR sector.
- Identify and engage with potential clients, including hotels, restaurants, cafes, and quick-service restaurants, to promote our syrups and build strong business relationships.
- Conduct regular client visits, presentations, and product demonstrations to showcase the features and benefits of their syrups, with the aim of generating sales and securing long-term partnerships.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to create innovative sales collateral, promotional materials, and campaigns tailored to the HORECA-QSR industry.
- Stay up-to-date with market trends, competitor activities, and customer preferences to identify new business opportunities and address potential challenges.
- Prepare and present sales reports, forecasts, and analysis to the sales manager, highlighting achievements, targets, and areas for improvement.
- Provide exceptional customer service and ensure timely resolution of customer queries or concerns.
- Collaborate closely with the operations team to ensure seamless order fulfillment and on-time delivery to clients.
**Requirements**:
- 0-2 years of relevant sales experience in the food and beverage industry, preferably within the HORECA-QSR segment.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build rapport and negotiate effectively with clients.
- Self-motivated and result-oriented individual with a passion for sales.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
- Valid driver's license with access to a two-wheeler for regular client visits within the assigned territory.
- Excellent organizational and time management skills.
- Flexibility to work on weekends or outside regular office hours, if required.
**Salary**: Up to ₹35,000.00 per month
Travel requirement:
- Up to 70% travel
