**Roles and Responsibilities**

To create visibility & awareness about company products/services in the branch catchment. BDEs will also be instrumental in conducting business development activities in the branch neighborhood to generate revenue from all product categories (Gold Loan, MSME - EDI & Third Party and Group Company Products).

Procuring new customers through direct contact / references and collaboration with local bodies and association within branch catchment. Achieve Monthly Sales Target. Cross selling & up selling of third/group company products. Adhere to lending norms & maintain integrity in customer transactions.

**Salary**: ₹11,000.00 - ₹17,000.00 per month
