Job Summary:

We are looking for a qualified and experienced Civil Site Engineer to manage and oversee construction projects at site level. The ideal candidate will ensure work is executed efficiently, safely, and in compliance with project plans, specifications, and timelines.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Supervise and manage all on-site construction activities.
  • Interpret and review construction drawings, plans, and specifications.
  • Ensure materials, tools, and equipment are available and correctly used.
  • Monitor daily progress and prepare site reports for stakeholders.
  • Coordinate with subcontractors, architects, consultants, and other project team members.
  • Ensure compliance with safety, health, and environmental regulations.
  • Resolve any unexpected technical issues or problems that may arise.
  • Conduct quality control checks to ensure work is up to standard.
  • Assist in the preparation of project schedules and budgets.
  • Communicate regularly with project managers regarding progress and issues.

Qualifications & Skills:

  • Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering or related field.
  • Knowledge of construction methods, materials, and legal regulations.
  • Proficient in AutoCAD, MS Office, and other engineering software.
  • Strong organizational, problem-solving, and communication skills.
  • Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
  • Knowledge of safety management and quality standards.
  • Valid driver's license (if site travel is required).

Preferred:

  • Certification in Project Management (PMP or similar) is a plus.
  • Familiarity with project management software (Primavera, MS Project).

Working Conditions:

  • Work is primarily on-site at construction locations.
  • May involve travel, extended hours, and exposure to outdoor elements.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent, Fresher, Volunteer

Pay: ₹10, ₹12,000.00 per month
