Role Description

This is a full-time role for a Network Operations Center (NOC) Engineer. The NOC Engineer will be responsible for monitoring and maintaining network infrastructure, troubleshooting network issues, providing technical support, and ensuring network security.
This is an on-site role, and is located in Kumbakonam, Tamil Nadu, India.
The engineer will also be responsible for network administration tasks and collaborating with other IT teams to ensure optimal network performance.

Qualifications

• Network Operations Center (NOC) and Network Administration skills
• Expertise in Troubleshooting and providing Technical Support
• Proficiency in Network Security practices
• Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail
• Strong communication and collaboration skills
• Relevant certifications such as CCNA, MCP, or similar are a plus
• Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or related field
