Job Description: Social Media Executive

The Social Media Sales Executive will be responsible for managing and optimizing our online sales channels, including IndiaMART and other digital platforms. This role involves generating and following up on leads from both paid and organic sources, coordinating with digital marketing consultants for promotional activities, and enhancing the company's online presence through customer engagement and content management.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- **Lead Management**:

- Monitor and respond to inquiries from IndiaMART and other online platforms.
- Follow up on leads generated through paid advertisements and organic searches.
- Qualify leads and coordinate with the sales team for conversion.
- **Digital Marketing Coordination**:

- Collaborate with digital marketing consultants to plan and execute product promotions.
- Ensure timely creation and dissemination of promotional materials, including posters and banners.
- **Content and Social Media Management**:

- Manage and update social media profiles to reflect current offerings and promotions.
- Encourage and monitor customer reviews and testimonials on platforms like Google Reviews.
- Analyze engagement metrics to optimize content strategy.
- **Reporting and Analysis**:

- Maintain records of lead sources, follow-up actions, and conversion rates.
- Provide regular reports on the performance of online sales channels and marketing campaigns.

**Eligibility Criteria**:

- **Education**: Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.
- **Experience**: 1-2 years in digital marketing, online sales, or a similar role.
- **Skills**:

- Proficiency in using online sales platforms like IndiaMART.
- Familiarity with digital marketing tools and social media platforms.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to analyze data and generate actionable insights.

**Working Hours**:

- Monday to Saturday: 9:30 AM - 7:30 PM

Pay: ₹8,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month

Schedule:

- Fixed shift

Supplemental Pay:

- Commission pay
- Performance bonus
