**E-commerce/Marketplace Specialist**

A Marketplace Specialist is responsible for managing and optimizing the online marketplace presence of a company, with a focus on driving sales and growth.

The job description of a Marketplace Specialist may include:

- Developing and implementing marketplace strategies: The Marketplace Specialist should be able to develop and implement strategies that will increase visibility, attract new customers, and boost sales on online marketplaces.
- Managing marketplace accounts: The Marketplace Specialist should be responsible for managing the company's marketplace accounts, including product listings, inventory management, order processing, and customer service.
- Analyzing marketplace data: The Marketplace Specialist should be able to analyze data from online marketplaces to identify trends and opportunities for growth. This may include analyzing sales data, customer reviews, and competitor activity.
- Optimizing product listings: The Marketplace Specialist should be able to optimize product listings by creating compelling product descriptions, images, and pricing that will attract customers and drive sales.
- Coordinating with cross-functional teams: The Marketplace Specialist should work closely with other teams, such as marketing, product, and customer service, to ensure that the company's online marketplace presence is aligned with the overall business goals.
- Staying up-to-date on industry trends: The Marketplace Specialist should stay up-to-date on industry trends and changes to online marketplaces, including changes to algorithms and policies.
- Monitoring competition: The Marketplace Specialist should monitor competitor activity on online marketplaces to identify opportunities and risks for the company.
- Reporting on marketplace performance: The Marketplace Specialist should provide regular reports on the company's online marketplace performance, including sales, traffic, and customer feedback.

Requirements for a Marketplace Specialist may include a Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field, experience managing online marketplaces, strong analytical and problem-solving skills, and excellent communication skills. Additionally, experience with specific online marketplaces, such as Amazon or eBay, may be preferred.

**Salary**: ₹12,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
