The E-commerce Operations Executive is responsible for overseeing and enhancing the operational aspects of our e-commerce platform. This role involves coordinating various functions to ensure efficient order processing, inventory management, and customer satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities:
**Order Management**:

- Manage and oversee the order fulfillment process, from order placement to delivery.
- Monitor and ensure timely and accurate order processing.
- Resolve any issues related to order discrepancies or delays.

**Inventory Management**:

- Maintain accurate inventory records and stock levels.
- Implement inventory control measures to minimize overstock or stockouts.
- Coordinate with suppliers to optimize stock availability.

**Logistics and Shipping**:

- Collaborate with logistics partners to streamline shipping and delivery processes.
- Negotiate shipping rates and terms with carriers.
- Track shipments and address any delivery issues.

**Customer Service**:

- Respond to customer inquiries and resolve issues related to orders and deliveries.
- Ensure a high level of customer satisfaction through effective communication and problem-solving.

**Data Analysis**:

- Analyze sales and operations data to identify trends and areas for improvement.
- Utilize analytics tools to make informed decisions about inventory, pricing, and product assortment.

**Quality Control**:

- Implement quality control processes to maintain the standard of products or services.
- Address product quality issues and customer returns efficiently.

**Vendor Management**:

- Manage relationships with suppliers, negotiate contracts, and ensure the timely receipt of goods.
- Evaluate vendor performance and seek opportunities for cost savings.

**Compliance and Security**:

- Ensure compliance with e-commerce regulations and data security requirements.
- Implement security measures to protect customer data.

**Continuous Improvement**:

- Identify and implement process improvements to increase operational efficiency.
- Stay up-to-date with industry best practices and emerging technologies.

**Qualifications**:

- Bachelor's degree in business, operations management, or a related field (MBA is a plus).
- Previous experience in e-commerce operations or related roles.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent communication and negotiation abilities.
- Proficiency in using e-commerce platforms, inventory management software, and analytics tools.
- Knowledge of e-commerce industry trends and best practices.
- Attention to detail and the ability to work well under pressure.

**Salary**: ₹8,086.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
