Receptionist Office Assistant

**Position Summary**:
The Reception cum Office Assistant will be responsible for managing the front desk, providing administrative support, and ensuring efficient office operations. This role requires excellent communication skills, organizational abilities, and a professional demeanor.
**Key Responsibilities**:
1. **Front Desk Management**:
- Greet and welcome visitors in a warm and professional manner.
- Answer, screen, and forward incoming phone calls.
- Handle inquiries and provide accurate information regarding the organization.
2. **Visitor Coordination**:
- Notify staff of visitor arrivals and direct visitors to the appropriate person or meeting room.
3. **Administrative Support**:
- Assist with general office duties such as filing, photocopying, scanning, and faxing.
- Manage and organize office supplies, ensuring adequate inventory levels.
- Coordinate and schedule appointments and meetings.
4. **Data Management**:
- Maintain and update contact lists and databases.
- Ensure proper documentation and record-keeping.
**5. Office Coordination**:
- Coordinate with vendors and service providers for office maintenance and repairs.
- Support HR with onboarding new employees, including setting up workstations and providing necessary materials.
**6. Customer Service**:
- Address and resolve any customer issues or complaints promptly and professionally.
- Maintain a high level of customer service and ensure a positive experience for all visitors and callers.
Pay: ₹10,224.10 - ₹15,000.00 per month
