Role & Responsibilities:

- Speak to Industry leaders as per database allotted over telephonic conversation and convince them to join the central advisory board for the given conference and follow up with the members to join (CAB) and also attend the committee meetings. (Minimum 80-100 telephonic productive calls in a day).
- Invite industry leaders on the Central Advisory Board (CAB).
- Prepare and share the minutes of meetings with members and follow through on the action points.
- Speak to Industry leaders post finalization of conference programs as per database allotted over telephonic conversation and convince them to be paid delegates for the event.
- Identify new key users and services providers from various industries to expand the Central Advisory Boards (CAB) across the allotted conference. Attend industry events to develop and expand business networks
- Collect post conference feedback from speakers & delegates for the event report and the marketing team to share updates on website and social media handles.
- Collect the Delegate registration fees from the delegates and also enter the delegate form received in the invoice system to generate a formal invoice. Share the invoice/ proforma Invoice with delegates
- Schedule meetings for seniors and accompany them on meetings as required to develop PR

Pay: ₹14,572.94 - ₹30,901.86 per month
