Mumbai, India approach Full time

Responsible for overall successful execution of the conferences.

Update & develop data for the industry vertical under the guidance of team leader Send out Central Advisory Board (CAB) invitations, organise CAB meetings and do the post meeting follow ups

Send regular communication for conferences promotion to targeted industries

Reach out to relevant Industry Associations, concerned industry entities & Government institutions to seek support for the event

Coordinate with sales & marketing team for Sponsorships & Participation from industry for exhibitions and conferences

Arrange editorial & sales meetings as required

Follow up with respective speakers to get confirmations, bios & photographs etc. to compile conference compendium.

Get the targeted number of delegates for conferences from industry and institutions through: direct calling, mailing, barters with association & media barters etc.

**Salary**: ₹17,028.05 - ₹39,735.98 per month
