Position: Assistant Nursing Superintendent
Qualification: GNM/B. Sc. Nursing/ MSc Nursing:
Experience: 13-15 years including administrative responsibilities in nursing
- Alternate sat offs, leaves, mediclaim for self, and free food.
Key areas of responsibility: Hospital Management will be preferred. Should possess excellent nursing care skills, technical, analytical as well as behavioural skills. Should be soft spoken and possess good communication, co-ordination and man management skills. Job requires to work in Morning/ general shift, however, required to be available for emergencies in other shift. Requires to update with continuous education programmes/ attend trainings.
**Responsibilities**:
- To promote and restore patient’s health by developing day-to-day management and long-term planning of the patient’s care.
