*Qualifications and Requirements:*

1. *Education:*
- *Mandatory:* Bachelor of Science in Nursing (BSc Nursing).
- *Preferred:* DHA certification or eligibility (Dubai Health Authority).

2. *Experience:*
- Prior experience in operating theatre procedures or hair transplant procedures is advantageous but not mandatory.

3. *Training:*
- *Initial Training Period:* 3 months training program in India.
- Post-training, onboarding will take place in Dubai.

4. *Skills:*
- Strong technical knowledge of OT protocols and aseptic techniques.
- Ability to assist in hair transplant procedures and post-operative care.
- Excellent organizational and communication skills.

5. *Language:*
- Proficiency in English is required. Knowledge of Arabic or other languages is a plus.

6. *Visa and Relocation:*
- Visa sponsorship and relocation support to Dubai will be provided upon successful completion of training.

*Job Responsibilities:*
- Assist surgeons and medical professionals in hair transplant procedures.
- Ensure that the OT is prepared with necessary equipment and instruments.
- Maintain sterilization protocols and cleanliness standards in the OT.
- Monitor patient safety and comfort during procedures.
- Manage inventory and supplies for surgical and post-surgical care.
- Participate in continuous training and professional development.
