**Responsibilities & Deliverables**:
Your deliverables will include, but are not limited to, the following:
End User Computer support:

- Approve End User compute devices according to Finastra policy
- Manage Mobile Device approvals and monthly data usage per region accordingly to best practices
- Create and Manage End User Compute Standard Operating Procedures and manage according to best practices.
- Develop and manager VIP ( White Glove) procedures and processes.
- Develop, manage and support Finastra printing services globally
- Manage incidents and requests and problem management on assigned Tier 1 and Tier 2 sites
- review site inventory and assets
- Projects as assigned
- Reporting on End User KPI and CSI

Global Helpdesk Governance
- Represent Desktop Operations in Global Helpdesk Operations meetings
- Review and Govern GHD level 1 and 2 teams based on Service Responsibility matrix
- Support and manage internal escalations
- Manage and Report on GHD KPI and CSI

**Required Experience**:

- University degree or equivalent
- Knowledge of Desktop support
- ITIL foundations certification
- Strong interpersonal skills and motivation
- Travel with regional offices
