- Fixed 15,000 INR - 25,000 INR; with commissions you can potentially earn upto 60,000 INR.

**Company Overview**:We are a leading kids clothing manufacturing company based in Kolkata, with a strong presence in the corporate market. Our clients include V-Mart, Vishal, V2, etc. and we are looking for an enthusiastic and experienced Sales and Merchandising Manager to help us grow our business in the Delhi-NCR region.

**Job Overview**: As the Children's Clothing Sales and Merchandising Manager, you will be responsible for developing relationships with corporate clients, generating new orders, and sourcing raw materials at a competitive rate. You will be based in Delhi, and will report directly to the CEO of the company. **You will receive training and support from our experienced team, and will be eligible for commissions based on your performance.**

**Responsibilities**:

- Develop and maintain relationships with corporate clients in the Delhi-NCR region
- Identify new sales opportunities and generate new orders
- Conduct market research and analysis to identify trends and opportunities for growth
- Visit various locations to source raw materials at a competitive rate
- Work closely with the production team to ensure that orders are fulfilled on time and to the required quality standards
- Monitor and analyze sales data to inform pricing and product development strategies
- Ensure that all products are displayed effectively in stores or online
- Negotiate with clients and suppliers to secure favorable pricing and terms
- Collaborate with the marketing team to develop effective promotional strategies
- Attend industry events and conferences to stay up-to-date with the latest trends and best practices

**Requirements**:

- A bachelor's degree in marketing, business administration, or a related field
- At least 2 years of experience in handling corporate clients, preferably in the fashion industry
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills
- Excellent negotiation and relationship-building skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- A valid driver's license and a bike to travel to various locations
- Enthusiasm and passion for the fashion industry
