Key Responsibilities:

- Customer and Agent Coordination:Act as the primary point of contact for our valued customers and agents across the globe. Ensure seamless communication and understanding of their requirements.
- Order Booking:Skillfully handle the order booking process, ensuring accuracy and efficiency. Work closely with clients to finalize details and specifications.
- Sampling and Production Management:Oversee the sampling process to meet customer expectations. Monitor and facilitate production timelines to ensure on-time delivery.
- Language Proficiency: Demonstrate excellent English communication skills, both written and verbal, to effectively engage with our diverse clientele.
- Experience Requirement**: A minimum of 3 years in the têxtiles export market is essential, showcasing your expertise in the industry.
