Jay Ganesh Enterprises, a leading kids clothing manufacturer and export house in Kolkata, India, is seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic Junior Merchandiser to support our merchandising operations. As a Junior Merchandiser, you will assist the senior merchandising team in order coordination, sample management, communication with internal teams and buyers, and general administrative tasks.

**Responsibilities**:

- Assist in order coordination, including order placement, tracking, and ensuring timely delivery.
- Support sample management by tracking and ensuring timely submission for buyer approvals.
- Maintain effective communication channels with internal teams and buyers, providing updates on order status and sample progress.
- Prepare and maintain accurate documentation related to orders, samples, and production activities.
- Collaborate with the quality control team to ensure adherence to quality standards.
- Assist in monitoring production progress and coordinating with the production team.
- Build and maintain relationships with buyers, addressing queries, and providing necessary information and updates.
- Provide general administrative support to the merchandising team.

**Requirements**:

- Bachelor's degree in Fashion Merchandising, Textiles, or a related field.
- 1-2 years of experience in a merchandising role, preferably in the têxtile or apparel industry.
- Basic understanding of the merchandising process.
- Strong organisational and multitasking skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Detail-oriented with a keen eye for accuracy.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines.

Notice-15days-30 days

**Salary**: ₹10,000.00 - ₹15,000.00 per month
