Job description:
As a UI/UX and Graphic Designer, you will be responsible for creating stunning visual designs that enhance user experience across various digital platforms. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams including product managers, developers, and marketers to translate requirements into intuitive and engaging designs.

**Responsibilities**:
1. Create visually appealing designs for websites, mobile apps, social media posts, and other digital platforms.

2. Develop wireframes, prototypes, and interactive designs to effectively communicate design concepts.

3. Conduct user research and gather feedback to inform design decisions.

4. Collaborate with developers to ensure the implementation of designs is aligned with the intended user experience.

5. Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in UI/UX, graphic design, and user-centered design principles.

6. Work closely with marketing teams to create compelling visuals for campaigns, advertisements, and branding materials.

**Requirements**:
1. Proven minimum 1 year of experience as a UI/UX and Graphic Designer.

2. Proficiency in industry-standard design tools such as Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, XD), Figma.

3. Strong portfolio showcasing a range of creative designs across different platforms.

4. Solid understanding of user-centered design principles and best UI/UX design practices.

5. Attention to detail and ability to meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
