**Job Description: Telesales Executive**
**Location**: Exhibition Road, Patna
**Salary**: ₹10,000 - ₹11,000 per month + Incentives

**About the Role**:
**Key Responsibilities**:

- Make outbound calls to potential customers to promote products/services.
- Understand customer needs and provide appropriate solutions.
- Achieve and exceed monthly sales targets.
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and sales activities in the CRM system.
- Follow up with leads and convert them into sales.
- Provide excellent customer service and address customer queries effectively.
- Collaborate with the sales team to improve sales strategies.
- Stay updated on product knowledge and industry trends.

**Requirements**:

- Minimum **12th pass** (Graduates preferred).
- Prior experience in telesales, telemarketing, or customer service is an advantage.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong persuasion and negotiation skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Basic computer knowledge and familiarity with CRM tools is a plus.
- Positive attitude, self-motivated, and target-driven.
