We are seeking an enthusiastic and confident TeleCounselor to join our team. The primary role involves approaching new participants for talent shows, engaging with talent institutes, promoting referral programs, and generating leads. As a TeleCounselor, you will be the voice of our company, responsible for building relationships and driving participation in our events.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Engage with talent institutes to build partnerships and promote our talent shows.
- Promote referral programs to encourage word-of-mouth marketing.
- Generate and nurture leads to ensure a steady stream of participants for our events.
- Achieve and exceed target-based goals to maximize incentives.

**Qualifications**:

- Proficiency in Hindi, English, and a local language.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Confident, persuasive, and able to handle rejections positively.
- Ability to work independently from home and manage time effectively.
- Prior experience in a similar role is a plus, but not mandatory.
