**Key Responsibilities**:

- Oversee the entire purchasing process from sourcing, negotiating, ordering, and ensuring timely delivery of materials and products.
- Coordinate with internal departments to understand their requirements and procure goods/services accordingly.
- Ensure the purchase of goods at the best prices while maintaining quality standards.
- Identify and develop strong relationships with reliable suppliers, vendors, and manufacturers.
- Evaluate potential suppliers, negotiate contracts, and establish competitive terms and conditions.
- Manage supplier performance, including delivery times, quality, and cost adherence.
- Conduct market research to identify new sources of supply and market trends.
- Analyze price trends and forecasts to ensure competitive pricing and cost savings.
- Maintain an optimal inventory level in coordination with the production or sales teams.
- Track stock levels and ensure replenishment is done in a timely manner.
- Maintain proper records of all purchase orders, contracts, and communications.
- Generate reports related to procurement, supplier performance, inventory, and cost savings for senior management.
- Ensure all procurement activities comply with internal policies and external regulations.
- Minimize risks related to procurement processes, including supply chain disruptions or delivery delays.
- **Education**:
Diploma /Degree In electronics & Electrical Background is preferred
- **Experience**:

- Minimum 0-2 years of experience in purchasing, procurement, or sourcing roles.
- **Skills & Competencies**:

- Strong negotiation and communication skills.
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities.
- Proficient in MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) and procurement software.
- Understanding of inventory and supply chain management.
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.

Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹11,036.39 - ₹18,000.00 per month
