**Key Responsibilities**:
- Oversee routine building maintenance, ensuring cleanliness, safety and functionality.
- Coordinate with vendors, contractors and service providers for repairs, maintenance, and facility upgrades.
- Monitor office supplies, equipment and utility services, ensuring seamless operations.
- Maintain records of facility inspections, repairs and service agreements.
- Ensure compliance with health, safety and security regulations within the premises.
**Reception & Front Desk Management**:
- Greet and assist visitors, clients and employees professionally.
- Manage incoming calls and directing them appropriately.
- Handle courier and mail services, ensuring timely distribution and dispatch.
- Maintain office records, meeting schedules and visitor logs.
**Qualifications & Skills**:
- Proven experience in **administration, facility management or front desk operations.**:
- Strong **organizational and multitasking** abilities.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to manage vendors and coordinate maintenance tasks effectively.
- Knowledge of **safety**and **compliance regulations** is a plus.
