**Position Overview**:
**Key Responsibilities**:

- Design, implement, and manage company-wide network infrastructure, including LAN, WAN, VPN, and wireless networks.
- Monitor network performance and security, identifying and resolving issues in a timely manner.
- Implement and maintain network security measures, including firewalls, intrusion detection systems, and antivirus software.
- Configure and manage network equipment such as routers, switches, firewalls, and access points.
- Perform regular backups and disaster recovery procedures to ensure data integrity and availability.
- Collaborate with other IT team members to troubleshoot and resolve user issues related to network connectivity and performance.
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in networking technology, recommending and implementing improvements as needed.
- Create and maintain documentation of network configurations, policies, and procedures.

**Qualifications**:

- Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or related field.
- Proven experience as a Network Administrator or similar role, with a minimum of [1 years] experience.
- Solid understanding of networking protocols and technologies, including TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP, VLANs, and routing protocols (e.g., OSPF, BGP).
- Experience with network security concepts and tools, such as firewalls, VPNs, and intrusion detection/prevention systems.
- Hands-on experience with network equipment from vendors such as Cisco, Juniper, and Palo Alto Networks.
- Strong troubleshooting skills and the ability to analyze and resolve complex network issues.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams.
- Relevant certifications such as CCNA, CCNP, or CompTIA Network+ are highly desirable.

**Salary**: Up to ₹30,000.00 per month
