**For this role we are looking for a Senior Systems Administrator with at least five (7) years of experience in the following areas**:

- Advanced knowledge of Windows 10 Operating Systems
- Comprehensive knowledge of Azure Virtual Desktop / Infrastructure
- Advanced knowledge with VMware vSphere 5x-6x

Advanced knowledge of Windows Server 2012-2019 Operating Systems
- Advanced knowledge of Active Directory, Group Policy, DNS, DHCP, SMTP
- Advanced knowledge of Virtualization and Remote Desktop
- Experience with Labtech / ConnectWise is an asset
- Advanced knowledge of Microsoft 365 Suite (Office, Azure AD)
- Application Support and Troubleshooting Experience
- Accounting software experience is an asset (CCH, QuickBooks, CaseWare, Tax Prep, Tax Cycle, etc)
- Experience with Backup and Replication Technologies is an asset (Veeam, NAS, etc)

- Able to work weekends on occasion
- Ability to work with directly with clients
- Excellent oral and written communication skills
- Excellent analytical abilities and problem-solving skills
- Ability to own a problem and see it through to resolution
- Strong work ethic and willing to put in the extra mile to resolve client support requests
- Flexibility and adaptability
- One or more professional IT certifications (Network+, Server+, MCSA, MCSE, MCITP, HPE ASE, CCNA, CCNP)
- Microsoft Azure Certification
- Must be a team player

Language: English. Other languages an asset

**Salary**: ₹1,500,000.00 - ₹2,000,000.00 per year
