**ROLE OVERVIEW**

As a Google Ads Executive at सादा / SAADAA, you will assist in planning, executing, and optimizing paid advertising campaigns on Google Ads. You will work closely with the performance marketing team to drive traffic, boost conversions, and scale customer acquisition through smart, data-driven decisions.

**WHAT WILL YOU BE RESPONSIBLE FOR?**
- **
Campaign Management**: Set up, manage, and optimize paid campaigns across Google Search, Display, Shopping, and YouTube.
- ** Performance Optimization**: Monitor campaign metrics (CTR, CPC, ROAS, CPA) and implement optimizations to improve results.
- ** Ad Copy & Creative Input**: Collaborate with content and design teams to create compelling ad copy and creative assets tailored to campaign goals.
- ** Keyword Research & Targeting**: Conduct keyword research and set targeting parameters to reach the right audiences at the right time.
- ** A/B Testing**: Run A/B tests on creatives, copy, audiences, and bidding strategies to drive incremental improvements.
- ** Reporting**: Prepare weekly and monthly campaign reports with actionable insights for scaling or refining campaigns.
- ** Budget Management**: Track daily campaign spends and ensure budgets are being utilized efficiently for maximum ROI.
- ** Stay Updated**: Stay informed on Google Ads platform updates, new features, and changing best practices in digital advertising.

**WHO YOU ARE?**
- **
Experience**: 0-3 years of hands-on experience with Google Ads in a digital marketing or e-commerce setup.
- ** Platform Knowledge**: Strong understanding of Google Ads Manager, Google Analytics, and keyword tools.
- ** Analytical Skills**: Comfortable working with numbers, analyzing data, and making performance-driven decisions.
- ** Optimization Focus**: Knowledge of metrics like CTR, CPC, CPA, ROAS, and the ability to take actions based on those.
- ** Attention to Detail**: Accuracy in setting up campaigns, budgets, and monitoring performance variations.
- ** Collaborative**: Ability to work cross-functionally with creatives, content, and business teams.
- ** Communication**: Ability to convey campaign performance clearly and share ideas for improvement.
