**Role Synopsis**
- The role would primarly involve Filteration control ( SOT, FOT, Pumps, PLF, C4, PHE ,PF ,Flowmeter ), Routine & break down Maintanance activities. Shift Handling, adherence to the monthly production plan, ensuring man machine relationship through TPM, conducting RCA for breakdown in lines, conducting periodic maintenance to minimize breakdowns, condcuting Oil RECO and oil traceblity lot wise, scrap reconcilliation and maintaining various MIS pertaining to production.**Key Duties & Responsiblities**

**Daily Routine Roles**
- Maintain 100 % uptime of all the machines in the seqeunce- Process control and maintaining the control parameters of all equiments within defined specification limit.- Trouble shooting of abnormalities in equipments- RAC to be done shift wise and for any abnormals tag to be recorded in the book- House keeping of Filteration area (including Second Floor - Oil Mill ) & scrap generated to be moved to the scrap yard as per Rejection Management System- Optimise Filteration start up ansd set up conditions during power failure and D.G change over- Adherence to the common KPI & individual KPI shift wise in accordance to the annual goals taken- Maintain 100 % uptime of all the machines in the seqeunce- Jointly Responsible for the total shift production including machine and process effeicency**Daily Routine Activities**
- Maintaining of clarity, colour, aroma and temperature of oil within the spec- Follow defined Polishing Filter bag change schedule- RCA (Root Cause Analysis) to be done Documentation to be completed for the breakdowns in the shift, to initiate & complete- Recording deviation analysis in case of process variations- Critical parameters deviation highligting to all the concerned- Recording change events in the history cards of equipments in case of shift failures- Hand over the shift
- to take place as per the shift activity, with utmost clarity- Day tank pass slip checking pumping oil accordingly- Preparation of RGP (Returnable gate pass) / NRGP (Non Returnable gate pass) for material flow as per the commercial SOP- Generation & closure of safety work permits**Secondary Duties & Responsiblities**
- Coodination and Support for various Audits such as MBEM, COSO, FSMS, OSHAS ,SAFETY etc..- Conducting Audits and inspections at 3p filling locations.- Supporting for training prorammes In House.**Role Specification**

- Should be outspoken and a go getter and have sound knowledge in Mechanical Maintenance of Rotary equipments and adherence to process. Preferably orked in an FMCG set up with atleast 2 Years of hands on experience in Production related activities and good knowledge in SAP.**Area of Work**
