**Role Synopsis**
- The role would primary involve Maintenance ( Preventive & Breakdown Maintenance ) ,establishing and maintaining controls with regard to SPC, SFC, RM cost.Ensuring the availability of spares at all times in engineering Stores through vendor development and coordinating for maintenance related activities internally and externally.**Key Duties & Responsibilities**
- Organizing Daily Communication meetings with regard to maintenance with Oil Mill, Power House ,Boiler House, Raw Materials Stores.- Supervising and overlooking day to day maintenance activities carried out at power house and boiler house.- Allocation of work with respect to members designated at various areas such as boiler house, power house, oil mill maintenance ,raw material stores.- Addressing queries related to spares in the engineering stores and monitoring the status of Furnace Oil / Diesel Oil / Spare / Cake Status.- Negotiating with vendors for carrying out work / service related to spares.- Analysing the SPL.- Carrying out routine checks related to RM ,MIL Stock ,spares.- Developing the weekly maintenance plan in connection with the checks carried out.- Classification of expenses based on the RM report.- Analysis of SPL / SFC availability.- Preparation of Monthly operation Review Report.- Preparing details related to water consumption and intimating work changes.- Coordinating for various inspections periodically by Electrical Inspectorate, Annual Maintenance and inspection of Boiler.- Testing of Transformers and amendment of contract with the existing contract labourers.- Decision making related to maintenance of PH, BH, purchase of engineering spares, Breakdown maintenance activities, PM Pillar activities.- Collectively taking decision pertaining to Vendor Finalization, Cake Dispatch, Expeller Warm Change, Periodic Maintenance.- Taking decisions in consolation with Supervisor related to periodic maintenance day, annual Inspection & Maintenance of Boiler, engineering spares, Project work, targets KPI's ,Goals ,dealing with externals.**Secondary Duties & Responsibilities**
