Accounts Assistant

**Job Overview**:
**Key Responsibilities**:
- **Invoice Coordination**: Assist in the preparation, review, and dispatch of invoices to clients. Ensure that all invoices are accurate, processed in a timely manner, and recorded in the accounting system.
- **Payment Follow-ups**: Follow up with clients and vendors to ensure timely receipt of payments and resolve any payment-related issues. Maintain a record of all payment status and deadlines.
- **Courier Management**: Receive and dispatch couriers for deliveries and shipments. Maintain a log of outgoing and incoming couriers, ensuring timely delivery and receipt of documents and goods.
- **Stock Management**: Monitor stock levels and assist with inventory control. Coordinate with the procurement team to ensure stock is replenished on time and maintain an organized inventory system.
- **Administrative Support**: Assist the accounts team with various administrative tasks, including filing, data entry, and document organization. Ensure all records are properly maintained and up-to-date.
- **Communication**: Act as a liaison between the accounts department, clients, vendors, and other internal teams to ensure smooth and efficient operations.
- **Compliance and Reporting**: Ensure that all financial transactions are compliant with company policies and regulatory requirements. Assist in generating financial reports as required.
- **Other Ad-Hoc Tasks**: Assist with any other tasks as needed to support the accounts department and business operations.
**Qualifications**:
- Proven experience as an Accounts Assistant, or in a similar administrative role, preferably in a finance or accounting environment.
- Strong understanding of accounting principles and practices.
- Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize effectively.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, etc.) and accounting software.
- Basic knowledge of stock management systems is a plus.
- Ability to work well in a team-oriented environment.
**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent, Fresher
Pay: ₹14,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
