**RESPONSIBILITIES**:
**1.Financial Transactions & Record Keeping**:

- Process invoices, payments, and receipts related to client projects and suppliers.
- Record daily financial transactions and maintain accurate ledgers.
- Reconcile bank statements, credit card transactions, and petty cash records.

**2. Accounts Payable & Receivable**:

- Manage supplier invoices, ensuring timely payments and accurate record-keeping.
- Track client payments and follow up on outstanding balances.
- Issue invoices to clients based on project milestones and contracts.

**3. Project Cost Management**:

- Assist in tracking project budgets, expenses, and profitability.
- Monitor costs for materials, furnishings, and subcontractors.
- Support the team in preparing financial reports on project expenditures.

**4. Payroll & Expense Management**:

- Process staff salaries, reimbursements, and other payments.
- Manage employee expense claims and ensure compliance with company policies.

**5. Financial Reporting & Support**:

- Assist in preparing monthly financial reports and management accounts.
- Provide financial data for budgeting and forecasting.
- Support external auditors by preparing necessary documentation.

**6. Administrative & Office Support**:

- Maintain financial records and filing systems for invoices, contracts, and receipts.

**SKILLS**:

- Bachelor’s degree in Commerce, Accounting, Finance, or related field.
- knowledge of MS Excel and accounting software Tally Prime is a plus.
- Good understanding of basic accounting principles.
- Detail-oriented with excellent organizational and time-management skills.
- Good communication skills (both written and verbal).
- A positive attitude and eagerness to learn.
