**Job Description**:
We are looking for a dynamic and experienced COUNSELOR/ TELE CALLER to oversee the daily sales & operations of the academy. The Counsellor/ Tele caller will be responsible for walkin generations, conversions into enrollments, working on daily targets/monthly targets along with managing the center's staff and ensuring smooth operations of the academy.

**Responsibilities**:

- Manage the day-to-day operations of the center, including admissions, student services, and faculty management.
- Will be responsible for walkin generations, conversions into enrollments, working on daily targets/monthly targets
- Ensure compliance with Lakme Academy powered by Aptech's policies and procedures
- Develop and implement strategies to achieve revenue targets and meet business goals
- Manage the center's budget and expenses
- Develop and maintain relationships with industry partners to enhance the center's reputation and increase student enrollment
- Ensure student satisfaction by providing excellent customer service and resolving any issues that arise
- Conduct regular meetings with staff to review performance, provide feedback, and address any issues
- Ensure a safe and secure learning environment for students and staff.

**Requirements**:

- Bachelor's degree /PUC required.
- 2+ years of experience in the sales field.
- Strong leadership and management skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proven ability to achieve revenue targets and manage budgets.
- Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.
- Knowledge of the beauty and wellness industry is a plus.
- English, Hindi & Kannada language should be known.
- Ready to Join Immediately.
- Location : Bangalore - Rajarajeshwarinagar (RRnagar)

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month

**Education**:

- Higher Secondary(12th Pass) (preferred)

**Experience**:

- Technical support: 2 years (preferred)
