Sales Executive

The Sales Executive is responsible for driving sales growth and developing new business opportunities. This role involves building relationships with potential clients, understanding their needs, presenting products or services, negotiating deals, and closing sales. The Sales Executive will work closely with the sales team, marketing, and management to achieve company sales targets and increase revenue.
**Key Responsibilities**:
- **Sales Development**:
- Identify and prospect new business opportunities through research, networking, cold calling, and lead generation.
- Maintain and manage a pipeline of potential clients, ensuring consistent follow-ups and timely responses.
- Develop a deep understanding of the company’s products or services to effectively communicate their value to prospective clients.
- Qualify leads and determine customer needs through consultations, meetings, and needs analysis.
- **Client Relationship Management**:
- Build and maintain strong, long-lasting relationships with new and existing clients.
- Provide exceptional customer service, addressing client concerns and queries promptly to foster loyalty and repeat business.
- Understand client challenges and deliver tailored solutions that meet their needs.
- **Sales Presentations & Negotiation**:
- Deliver compelling sales presentations to prospective clients, demonstrating the benefits of products or services.
- Prepare and deliver quotations, proposals, and contracts.
- Negotiate terms, pricing, and closing strategies to maximize sales while maintaining client satisfaction.
- **Achieve Sales Targets**:
- Meet and exceed sales targets, quotas, and KPIs (Key Performance Indicators) set by management.
- Monitor individual performance and sales metrics to track progress and adjust strategies as needed.
- Provide regular reports on sales performance, market trends, and competitive activities.
- **Market Research & Industry Knowledge**:
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends, market conditions, and competitor offerings.
- Gather feedback from clients and prospects to help improve products or services and inform marketing strategies.
- **Collaboration with Internal Teams**:
- Work closely with the marketing team to develop promotional materials, campaigns, and lead generation strategies.
- Coordinate with customer service, technical support, and operations teams to ensure seamless delivery of products and services to clients.
- Provide feedback to management regarding customer needs, preferences, and product improvements.
- **Administrative Duties**:
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of all sales activities, including leads, meetings, and client interactions, using CRM software.
- Prepare sales reports, forecasts, and performance reviews for management.
- Manage contracts, invoices, and other sales documentation.
**Qualifications**:
- Proven experience as a Sales Executive, Sales Representative, or in a similar sales role.
- Strong understanding of sales techniques, processes, and best practices.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to build and maintain relationships with clients and prospects.
- Goal-oriented, self-motivated, and driven to succeed.
- Proficient in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint)
Pay: ₹11,000.00 - ₹18,000.00 per month
