Key Responsibilities:

- **Sales & Business Development**:

- Promote and sell electric vehicles (EVs) to individual and corporate customers.
- Identify and approach potential customers through various lead-generation techniques (cold calls, referrals, events, etc.).
- Meet and exceed monthly and annual sales targets set by management.
- Conduct market research to understand customer needs and identify new sales opportunities.
- **Customer Interaction & Relationship Management**:

- Build and maintain strong relationships with new and existing customers, understanding their requirements and offering tailored solutions.
- Conduct product presentations and demonstrations to highlight the benefits and features of EVs.
- Provide customers with detailed information on pricing, financing options, available models, warranties, and after-sales services.
- Address customer queries, concerns, and complaints in a professional and timely manner.
- **Product Knowledge & Market Insights**:

- Stay updated with the latest developments in the electric vehicle market, including new models, technology advancements, and government incentives.
- Educate customers about the environmental benefits of EVs, charging infrastructure, and total cost of ownership compared to traditional vehicles.
- Work closely with the marketing team to understand promotional campaigns and align sales efforts.
- **Sales Process Management**:

- Manage the complete sales cycle from prospecting to closing the deal, including follow-ups, negotiations, and finalizing the sale.
- Prepare and submit quotations, contracts, and paperwork for vehicle purchases.
- Ensure smooth delivery and handover of vehicles to customers, including vehicle orientation and ensuring customer satisfaction.
- Maintain accurate records of sales activities, customer interactions, and inventory management.
- **Collaboration with Internal Teams**:

- Coordinate with the service and finance departments to ensure that customers’ needs are met and processed smoothly (e.g., financing, vehicle servicing).
- Provide feedback on customer preferences and market trends to help guide product development and promotional strategies.
- Participate in sales meetings and contribute to achieving team targets and goals.
- **Promotion & Brand Advocacy**:

- Attend trade shows, exhibitions, and other promotional events to generate leads and raise awareness of the brand and EV products.
- Act as an ambassador for the brand, promoting the company’s vision and values related to electric vehicles and sustainability.
- **Reporting & Analysis**:

- Track and report sales performance, including sales activities, conversions, and customer feedback.
- Provide regular updates to the Sales Manager on progress towards targets, competitor activities, and market trends.
- **Customer After-Sales Support**:

- Ensure post-sale support by maintaining ongoing relationships with customers, providing them with guidance on EV maintenance and charging.
- Assist in resolving any issues or concerns customers may have after purchasing the vehicle.

Key Skills & Qualifications:

- **Education**: Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field (preferred). Technical or automotive background is a plus.
- **Experience**: Minimum of 2 years of experience in sales, with a strong preference for experience in the automotive or electric vehicle sector.
- **Skills**:

- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Excellent negotiation and closing skills.
- In-depth knowledge of electric vehicles and the electric vehicle market.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Proficient in MS Office and CRM software.
- Strong organizational skills with attention to detail.
- Ability to work under pressure to meet sales targets.
- **Certifications**: Any certifications related to automobile sales or electric vehicles are a plus.

Pay: ₹13,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
