Job Summary:
As a Sales Executive, you will be responsible for driving sales and business growth by identifying and acquiring new customers, managing relationships with existing clients, and achieving sales targets. You will play a key role in expanding our market presence and promoting our services.

Key Responsibilities:

- Prospect and Generate Leads: o Identify potential customers through various channels including cold calls, networking events, and social media.
- Qualify leads and set up meetings or product demonstrations to convert prospects into clients.
- Manage Client Relationships: Build and maintain strong, long-lasting client relationships.
- Understand customer needs and offer tailored solutions to meet their requirements.
- Sales Strategy and Execution: Develop and implement effective sales strategies to achieve targets and drive revenue growth.
- Conduct market research to stay informed about industry trends, competitor activities, and customer preferences.
- Sales Presentations and Negotiations: Deliver compelling sales presentations and product demonstrations.
- Negotiate contracts and close deals in alignment with company policies and objectives.
- Sales Reporting and Analysis: Maintain accurate records of sales activities, pipeline status, and customer interactions using Microsoft office software.
- Prepare and present sales reports to management, providing insights and recommendations for improvement.
- Collaboration and Coordination: Work closely with the marketing team to align sales efforts with promotional campaigns and brand messaging.
- Collaborate with the customer service team to ensure a smooth onboarding process and address any post-sale issues.

Qualifications:

- Education and Experience: Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
- Proven experience as a Sales Executive, Sales Representative, or similar role.

**Skills**:

- Strong sales and negotiation skills with a proven track record of achieving sales targets.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport and trust with clients.
- Proficiency in Microsoft software (e.g., excel,word).
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.

Personal Attributes:

- Self-motivated and goal-oriented with a proactive approach to problemsolving.
- Strong organizational and time-management skills.
- Adaptable and open to feedback with a continuous improvement mindset.

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹22,000.00 per month

- Bachelor's (preferred)
