Name of position: Hilti Store Representative
Reporting: Hilti Store Manager

Purpose of position (Overall contribution to corporate goals)
We’re looking for motivated individuals who have a passion for sales and desire growth opportunities throughout India

Core Accountabilities
As a Sales Representative in our Hilti Store, you’ll be part of our Hilti Store team, in which working include
a combination of selling, providing hands-on training, meetings and presentations. Occasional travel may
be required and could include sales calls to customers’ offices and/or jobsites. Must be able to walk on
construction projects, climb scaffolding and able to lift and carry as much as 30 Kg. You need to handle
all-rounded operations of the store tasks including cash at the store.

1. Proactively promote Hilti’s products and services to all the walk-in customers,
2. Build and develop long term relationship with customers.
3. Selling to the customers through technical consultation and product demonstration,
4. Carry out processes like entering orders and providing quote to the customers.
5. Receiving and dispatching Hilti products and Repair tools in and out of the store.
6. Managing both cash and inventories in the store.

WHAT YOU NEED IS:

- Applicant Profile- 1. Bachelor’s Degree with one year work experience in sales- 2. Proficiency in handling both technical & commercial tasks & handling customers- 3. Proven ability to manage customer relationships and service interactions required- 4. Excellent written, verbal, and presentation skills required- 5. Self-motivated, willing to learn, highly energetic and a “can-do” attitude- 6. Ability to interact with multiple departments at all levels of seniorityWHY SHOULD YOU APPLY?
