Position: Marketing Associate

**Job Description**:
At Candour Legal, we are seeking a highly motivated Marketing Executive to join our team. This entry-level position offers an excellent opportunity for a recent graduate or someone looking to kickstart their career in the legal industry. As a Marketing Executive, your primary responsibility will be to engage and acquire new clients for our firm in a professional and strategic manner.

Key Responsibilities:
1. Market Research: Conduct thorough research to identify potential clients and market trends within the legal industry.

2. Client Acquisition: Develop and implement effective marketing strategies to attract new clients, including online and offline campaigns.

3. Content Creation: Generate high-quality content, such as blog posts, articles, and social media updates, to promote our legal services.

4. Digital Marketing: Manage and optimize our online presence through website maintenance, SEO, and social media platforms to enhance brand visibility.

5. Client Engagement: Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and potential clients through effective communication and networking.

7. Marketing Analytics: Monitor the performance of marketing efforts, analyze data, and make data-driven recommendations for improvement.

8. Competitor Analysis: Stay informed about competitors and market dynamics to adapt our strategies accordingly.

9. Collaboration: Work closely with our legal team to align marketing efforts with legal services offered.

10. Compliance: Ensure all marketing activities comply with legal regulations and ethical standards.

Qualifications:

- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field.
- Strong passion for marketing and a desire to learn and grow in the legal industry.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Basic understanding of digital marketing tools and strategies.
- Self-motivated and able to work independently as well as in a team.
- Attention to detail and a creative mindset.
- Knowledge of the legal industry is a plus but not required.

**Job Type**: Fresher

**Salary**: ₹8,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month

Supplemental pay types:

- Performance bonus
- Yearly bonus

Ability to commute/relocate:

- Ahmedabad, Gujarat: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (required)

**Experience**:

- total work: 1 year (preferred)

Willingness to travel:

- 50% (required)
