Job Summary

Associate Consultant will be assisting the senior consultant in executing multiple consulting projects related to the development and implementation of marketing strategy, market opportunity studies, branding strategy, digital marketing, international marketing, and other consulting services IKON provide. He or she will also be tasked with providing support to other departments.

Responsibilities and Duties

  • Assisting principal/senior consultant with market insights and other data/information to prepare consulting proposals
  • Identifying and Collecting data/information of client's business environment and marketplace
  • Processing data/information, conducting analysis and preparing reports of findings
  • Leverage problem solving skills and framework to develop solutions
  • Documenting developed solution and preparing presentations
  • Coordinating with client and senior consultant to implement recommended solutions
  • Serving client for their requirements of reports, solution and any other services within decided project scope
  • Supporting clients in implementing the recommended solution
  • Visiting and working at client location as and when requires for project related work
  • Managing all project work and maintaining schedules
  • Writing notes of meetings between senior/principal consultant and client
  • Preparing market insight, consumer insights and Whitepapers for IKON's research publication
  • Contributing in promotional activities of IKON's consulting practice and research publication
  • Assisting seniors in other admin and operational work on consulting projects

Required Experience, Skills and Qualifications

  • MBA or Master degree with Marketing specialization
  • 2-3 years of work experience in strategic marketing, marketing research with any corporate, management consulting firm, market research agency or marketing communication agency
  • Must be aware of the management consulting profession
  • Strong market research and analytical skills
  • Sound functional knowledge of marketing strategy and planning
  • Quick learner, Innovative thinker with problem solving skills
  • Excellent verbal and written communication and presentation skills
  • Proficiency in English and Hindi language
  • Can travel across India& abroad as and when require for consulting work
  • Must be competent with all Microsoft Office applications like Excel, Word, PowerPoint
  • Can work independently and in a team environment
  • Effective project management skills with the ability to meet deadlines
  • Passion, personal alignment, and commitment to the mission of IKON

Job Type: Full-time
