Currently, we are developing an active senior living community in partnership with Adani Realty at Shantigram Township and commercial spaces at GIFT City, SEZ.

Job Summary
:

We are seeking an innovative and visionary
Marketing, Design and Communication Associate
to collaborate with our marketing efforts in the dynamic real estate sector. This role is pivotal in shaping our brand identity, driving impactful campaigns, and ensuring our properties resonate with the right audience. The ideal candidate will combine strategic thinking with creative expertise to position our company as a market leader.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Strategic Planning:

2. Develop and implement comprehensive marketing strategies to enhance brand visibility and attract prospective clients.

3. Analyse market trends, consumer behaviour, and competitor activities to identify growth opportunities.
4. Analyse the effectiveness of campaigns and suggest improvements based on data and user feedback

Creative Design and Content Creation
:

• Collaborate with the ideation, development, and execution of innovative marketing campaigns for residential, commercial, and luxury real estate projects.
• Oversee the production of high-quality visual and written content for various platforms, including brochures, flyers, banners, presentations, and social media.
• Assist in content planning, copy coordination, and proofreading marketing materials.

Brand Development
:

• Create branding guidelines and ensure adherence across all internal and external communication.
• Establish and maintain a consistent and compelling brand identity.

Digital Marketing and Social Media Management
:

• Develop and execute engaging social media campaigns across platforms like Instagram, LinkedIn, and YouTube to promote properties, events, and brand visibility.
• Design email campaigns, newsletters, and property e-brochures with a strong focus on layout, typography, and tone.
• Support website content updates, landing page design coordination, and UI/UX improvements

Stakeholder Collaboration:

• Work closely with architects, developers, and sales teams to understand project details and communicate them visually to potential clients.
• Coordinate with external agencies and vendors for large-scale advertising campaigns, including digital, billboard designs and print advertisements.

Event Management
:

• Conceptualise and manage promotional events, property launches, and exhibitions to maximise audience engagement.
• Organise and host events, with a focus on customer engagement & and community-building initiatives.

Qualifications
:

• Bachelor's degree in architecture, Interior Design, Product Design or Marketing & Communications, or a related field (master's degree preferred).
• Proven experience (2+ years) in marketing, preferably in the real estate or related industries.
• Strong aesthetic sensibility and understanding of modern space design principles, layout design, and visual hierarchy.
• Good to have: Interest in architecture, urban design, or lifestyle branding.
• Strong portfolio demonstrating creative campaigns and branding achievements.
• Proficiency in digital marketing tools, analytics platforms, and design software.
• Exceptional communication, presentation, and project management skills.
• Ability to think strategically and execute tactically in a fast-paced environment.
