We are looking for a skilled Accounting and Compliance Officer.

**Key Responsibilities**
- Bookkeeping and Records.
- Compliance related to Payroll, Income Tax, TDS, Profession Tax, Provident Fund, National Pension Scheme etc.
- Prepare, examine and analyze books of account, financial statements and other financial reports.
- Compute taxes owed and prepare tax returns, ensuring compliance with payment, reporting and other tax requirements as per Law.
- Must have skills to deal with various govt. departments for compliance and other formalities.
- Coordinate with Auditors for filling the tax returns well in time.

**Skills & Requirements**
- 3+yrs of Experience in accounting and compliance.
- Excellent knowledge of accounting regulations and procedures.
- Strong attention to detail and good analytical skills.
- Constantly report to management concerning the organization’s compliance with laws and regulations.
