Job Description

We are looking for a detail-oriented and reliable Accounts Officer to manage daily accounting tasks and support the finance team in maintaining accurate financial records. The ideal candidate should be a graduate with 13 years of experience in a similar role and possess sound knowledge of accounting principles and software.

Key Responsibilities:

- Manage day-to-day accounting operations including journal entries, invoicing, and bank reconciliations.
- Maintain accounts payable and receivable records and ensure timely payments and collections.
- Assist in GST, TDS, and other statutory compliance filings.
- Prepare and maintain ledgers, financial statements, and supporting documents.
- Reconcile bank statements and vendor/customer accounts.
- Support month-end and year-end closing activities.
- Coordinate with auditors during internal and external audits.
- Maintain proper documentation for accounting and compliance purposes.
