Job Overview:
Key Responsibilities:Sales Responsibilities:

- Actively promote and sell Hikvision products, including CCTV cameras, DVRs/NVRs, access control systems, and related accessories, to businesses and individual clients.
- Identify and develop new sales opportunities through cold calling, networking, and client referrals.
- Provide product demonstrations and technical explanations to potential customers, highlighting the benefits and features of Hikvision solutions.
- Prepare and deliver sales proposals, quotes, and contracts tailored to client needs.
- Meet or exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets as set by management.
- Maintain strong relationships with existing clients to encourage repeat business and customer loyalty.
- Stay updated on Hikvision product releases, features, and industry trends to effectively advise customers.

Technical Responsibilities:

- Install, configure, and test Hikvision camera systems and related equipment at client locations.
- Perform troubleshooting, repairs, and maintenance on Hikvision surveillance systems to ensure optimal performance.
- Assist clients with system setup, including network configuration, remote access, and mobile app integration.
- Provide on-site and remote technical support to resolve customer issues promptly and professionally.
- Conduct site surveys to assess client needs and recommend appropriate Hikvision products and installation plans.
- Train clients on the operation and basic maintenance of their Hikvision systems.
- Document technical issues, solutions, and installation details for internal records and customer support.

Qualifications:

- Proven experience in sales, preferably in the security systems or technology sector.
- Hands-on experience with installing and servicing CCTV systems, with specific knowledge of Hikvision products preferred.
- Strong understanding of IP networking, video surveillance technology, and security system integration.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to build rapport with clients and close sales.
- Ability to read and interpret technical manuals, blueprints, and schematics.
- Self-motivated with a results-driven mindset and the ability to work independently or as part of a team.
- Valid driver’s license and willingness to travel to client sites as needed.
- High school diploma or equivalent required; technical certification or associate degree in electronics, IT, or a related field is a plus.

Preferred Skills:

- Familiarity with Hikvision software (e.g., Hik-Connect, iVMS-4200) and hardware specifications.
- Experience with other security brands or systems (e.g., Dahua, Axis) is an advantage.
- Basic knowledge of CRM software for tracking sales leads and customer interactions.

Physical Requirements:

- Ability to lift and carry equipment up to 50 lbs.
- Comfortable working at heights (e.g., ladders or rooftops) and in various weather conditions during installations.

Work Schedule:

- Full-time position with occasional evening or weekend work based on client needs.

Compensation:

- Competitive base salary plus commission based on sales performance.
