An’s Event is looking for a dynamic **Sales Executive** to expand our client base for **weddings, corporate events, housewarming, birthday parties, and cultural gatherings**. The role involves **fieldwork, client meetings, lead generation, and closing sales** to drive business growth.
**Key Responsibilities**:
**Lead Generation & Client Acquisition**:
- Identify and approach potential clients through field visits, networking, and cold calling.
- Build relationships with **corporate clients, wedding planners, banquet halls, and vendors**.
- Attend industry events and exhibitions to promote An’s Event services.
**Sales & Revenue Growth**:
- Present **event packages, catering options, and customized services** to clients.
- Negotiate deals and close contracts with customers.
- Meet monthly and quarterly sales targets.
**Customer Relationship Management**:
- Follow up with potential clients and maintain strong relationships.
- Handle client queries and offer suitable event solutions.
- Ensure a smooth handover of booked events to the operations team.
**Market Research & Strategy**:
- Stay updated on event trends, competitor pricing, and customer preferences.
- Provide feedback to the marketing team for promotions and new service offerings.
**Field Work & Travel**:
- Visit potential customers and partners across **Bangalore and nearby areas**.
- Maintain a detailed record of daily visits, meetings, and sales progress.
**Requirements & Qualifications**:
1+ years of experience in **field sales, event management, or hospitality** (freshers with a strong sales drive can also apply).
Excellent **communication & negotiation skills** in English, Kannada, and Hindi (Malayalam is a plus).
Must own a **bike/scooter** for travel (fuel allowance provided).
Passion for sales, networking, and closing deals.
Ability to work independently and meet targets.
